If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, this is not the place. It's constantly noisy, mostly due to dogs barking at all hours — early morning, late at night, even in the middle of the day. It’s especially frustrating for anyone who needs rest or works from home. It seems like many dog owners here are either irresponsible or just plain negligent, because they leave their dogs outside barking endlessly while they’re away. It’s made it really hard to get a good night’s sleep or enjoy any kind of peace at home. Definitely not the calm environment I was hoping for.

I’m beyond frustrated with the condo association management. They consistently fail to take care of the property but have no problem charging us an exorbitant condo fee. Several issues have been completely ignored, including: Leaking common pipe: It has been leaking since last Friday, and here we are days later with no action or updates. Cricket infestation: Despite multiple complaints, nothing has been done to address this problem. Poor landscaping: The grounds are neglected, with no effort to maintain or improve them. Clogged gutters: They remain clogged and overflowing, with no sign of any plan to clean them. Missing and molding siding: This issue has been left unattended for far too long. Overall, the management’s complete disregard for the property is unacceptable. We're paying high fees for services that are simply not being provided. Something needs to change.

Not a peaceful or quiet place to live! Neighbors below me dont know how to control their dog barking and they do not do anything about it but let it bark all day whenever they leave it at home. Negligent and rude owners with nasty attitude issues. This neighborhood has rude neighbors and you won’t get a wink of sleep if you choose to make the mistake to buy or rent in this residential community. Management also does not address noise complaints, saying they can’t do anything about it. Completely unhelpful management and HOA, please avoid this place if you can help it it’s not worth it.

I wanted to give 0 but it wouldn’t allow me to post. This PCA just grabs your money and doesn’t do much service. They recently raised HOA fee to raise capital for road repairs. But when it comes to the actual repair… it is absolutely no transparency whatsoever which part gets fixed. The curbs in front of our unit is cracked all the way through and it’s not getting repaired while others of much minor cracks or similar cracks are fixed. The ones marked with White paint is to be fixed and the last picture is our apron/curb.

Having lived here for 3 years, I've had a pretty negative experience thus far. Previous repair's and maintenance issues will take days or weeks to be resolved, they seem to only work in the office 2-3 days a week and will do as little as possible to help you or resolve an issue out of your own control. The spaces are dated and small and the buildings need some significant updating and repairs. The amenities are very lackluster and they charge you a gym fee just to be able to access the pool via a pointless fob. The neighbors are loud and noise carries easily through the old walls and buildings. You hear sirens and dogs barking constantly. God help you if you have a loud person or family living above you as there will be basically nothing you or local LE will do to resolve noise complaints
